Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 large Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Banana preferably frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Non-Dairy Milk or Water add more for desired consistency
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. *Add more water for a looser consistency.*
  • Sip & feel rejuvenated!
