Goodmorning and Happy Tuesday! I hope you had a great Monday and start to your week. What is it you are trying accomplish this week? Maybe it’s something with work, school, or with your family and social life. Whatever it is, try to think positive and be optimistic.
I know my morning has gotten off to a great start because I have my usual cup of coffee with hazelnut cream while watching the Today Show. I like to wake up at around 6:30 so I have enough time to work out, eat breakfast, and shower before I have to head off to school around 9:30.
If you aren’t a morning person and you always feel rushed in the morning, let me offer you some advice. Of course we all love to sleep in and get as much sleep as possible, but just try for one whole week to wake up atleast 30 minutes to one hour earlier than you normally would. See if that makes a difference. If you are always grumpy in the morning, I promise you will be in so much of a better mood if you just gave yourself extra time in the morning to wake up and mentally prepare for the day. If you still feel and look tired… it’s nothing an extra cup of coffee and some blush can’t fix… atleast for me!
Most of the time, sleeping in isn’t even an option for me because Brees Cat will literally lick my face like a dog and wake me up. She is something else.
