An Easy and Super Healthy Breakfast You Need In Your Life


I can’t believe it has taken me this long to eat something so simple yet, so satisfyingly delicious and healthy. This avocado toast with hot sauce and chili flakes will fill you up and wake up your senses first thing in the morning. It’s amazing how delicious such simple ingredients can taste. 

I am all about eating breakfast. For me, breakfast is a great way to jumpstart my day because I know if I skip it, I will be starving and searching for anything and everything to eat midmorning. I’ve always seen and heard of people eating this avocado toast with hot sauce but I figured I would actually give it a try because I had a bunch of avocados in my fridge. Let me just tell you, it is surprisingly, insanely yummy and satisfying!

For this recipe you will need:

1 whole wheat english muffin

1/2 avocado, thinly sliced

Hot sauce

Pinch chili flakes

Toast the english muffin and fan out the avocado on each half. Drizzle with your desired amount of hot sauce and sprinkle with a pinch of chili flakes. Eat, enjoy, and wonder how amazingly simple and delicious this is.
