For the last six months or so, my former coworkers from Townsquare Media and I have been discussing and exchanging ideas on how to put all of my fun recipes to life. It wasn’t easy trying to figure out ways to begin this project considering the fact that I am in Austin, TX and they are in Lafayette, LA, but we finally planned a day to shoot a couple videos and the turn-out was surprisingly satisfying.

I’ve always enjoyed cooking and I really enjoyed my job as a radio personality when I was living in Lafayette. Therefore, the thought of filming some cooking demos made sense… even though I had no experience in front of the camera. So, while I was home for the Christmas holidays I made a trip to Lafayette to finally do what had been talked about for so long. Thank goodness for my talented friends and former coworkers for all of their input, help, and time.

In this video, I am cooking one of my favorite meals- Shrimp and Champagne Pasta. I hope you enjoy the video and believe me, there will be more to come in the future!!!

Thanks for watching!! πŸ™‚
