You read the title correctly. Pumpkin pie spice smoothie is creamy, sweet, pumpkin-y, and actually good for you, unlike the pie version. Here is an absolutely easy way to ease your cravings for more leftover pumpkin pie without having to give in to the real thing. We all know the day after Thanksgiving our pants feel a bit snug, so get it back right and tight with this delicious smoothie recipe.

Hands down, one of my favorite pies is pumpkin pie. I have always been a fan of pumpkin-flavored anything, really. There is just something about the taste that makes me feel so content inside and it is a delicious reminder that the Fall season is in full effect. The other day I tried a bite of pumpkin pie cheesecake… it literally tasted like heaven. I could hear angels singing while I savored that one bite. However, we can’t eat pie all day and expect to feel slim and sexy… I know, I wish it were different, too. Recipes like this help me out when I’m really craving something detrimental to my waistline. Make a huge batch for everyone in your family- you will be praised.

For this recipe you will need:

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 small ripe banana
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup greek or nonfat yogurt
1 cup ice

Simply combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour. Sip. Savor. That is it!

You are so very welcome.
